I am a plastic surgeon in the San Francisco Bay Area. My practice is a mature cosmetic surgery. I have two offices locations. My practice has always been successful but in 2013 to 2014 I had much turnover in staff and it was affecting my efficiency in the practice and constant headaches. I was advertising daily with out good results. After six months of trying, I needed help.
